This listing is for a Fibre Optic LED Light Kit, suitable for the Revell 06690 model (435mm long).

The model needs to be modified by drilling and cutting in order to install the light kit.

LED Colours & Intended Uses As Follows:

Rocket Boosters:
x4  5mm Ultra Bright Pink Leds, each on 180mm wire looms.

Cockpit Lighting:

x1  3mm Ultra Violet Ultra Bright Led up-lighter on 170mm wire loom.

x1  5-Strand Fibre Optic Led - Cool White - (Each strand measures 100mm from it's light source) fitted on 180mm wire loom.

x1  5-Strand Fibre Optic Led - Neon Blue - (Each strand measures 100mm from it's light source) fitted on 180mm wire loom.

x1  5-Strand Fibre Optic Led - Flashing Red / Green / Blue - (Each strand measures 100mm from it's light source) fitted on 180mm wire loom
The flashing led cycles through the three colours at fast and slow rates alternatively.

Power Source:

x1   9v Battery Box & Switch, fitted to 1 metre power lead.

We use 1mm fibre optic, which sadly isn't cheap but gives the best lighting performance for its purpose by far.

The fibre optics can carefully be cut to size to fit the model. Wire lengths can also be altered by the model builder if necessary.

Requires standard 9 volt battery (not included).
