"Hi Chris,

I just want to let you know that my lights for the Ford Torino arrived today and they work just fine. I want to thank you for providing such an excellent service. I've ordered from you twice now and both times I have been dealt with superbly. I am really glad I found your website and will definitely be ordering from you again as I want to create a small fleet of movie car models. Sad I know but I'm retired now and I have to do something. I have been a modeller for nearly fifty years but for the last thirty years have concentrated mainly on figure painting. Last year I made the kit of USS Voyager from Star Trek and I wanted to light it as I had never done this to a kit before. To say this was difficult is an understatement as the firm I ordered from sent me loose LED lights and resistors and I had to learn how to solder everything together. It was a real learning curve but happily turned out good and I got the lighting bug. Finding your site where everything is already joined together is a really great find for me, and to find a site that is as reliable with fantastic service is rare these days. So I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you.  Please, if you are able, use this email on your feedback system. I look forward to speaking to you again soon for the next project. Got to build the Torino and the Ecto 1 first though.

Best wishes John Scott"

"I can highly recommend the friendly and prompt service from Chris at Captain Jacks models.

He offered great beginners advice and a great lighting rig at a very good price and went above and beyond by including some extras.

Thanks for helping to bring my project alive."

A big thank you to Mr Andrew Bairstow for sending in work-in-progress photos of his latest project - great work and superb attention to detail.

Paul sent in these photos showing how he installed the standard Revell light kit into his AMT/ERTL model. I'm sure you'll agree he's made a great job of it.

I just received my 3mm X 5 lighting system today in the post and I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the extra lights that you sent me this was such a surprise and I wanted to let you know that I really really appreciated it. .......I actually needed another set for this C-130 I'm building and didn't realize it till the weekend so it will definitely get used. That is awesome customer service guys right there, which might I add is rare in this day and age. So thank you once again.
I'm only a small time builder but I will definitely use your lights in all my builds and recommend you as often as possible.
