This light kit has been designed and built primarily for use with the Bandai 1/144 Millennium Falcon model.

The set (along with the majority of our light kits) is completely pre-wired and ready to install. No electronic work required, just drill fitting holes as required in your model.

This is a great quality light kit, featuring six fibre optic strand units, and eight additional led units. It is completely pre-wired and ready to install.
Great value for money when you compare it to the Bandai 2 led light pack.

LED Colours & Intended Uses As Follows:

This is the advanced set, and probably not the best choice if it's your first attempt at model lighting as this is a relatively small model.

The body shell of the model does need to be drilled and cut to make room for this light kit.

A basic version of the light kit is available for those newer to model lighting. Please see the relevant listing / message for details.

The more advanced light kit in this listing includes:

Cockpit Detail:
x1 Colour changing red/green/blue 1mm fibre optic led. Five fibres, each fibre 100mm long from light source 200mm wire loom
(this fibre optic unit is included so that you can go into more detail in the cockpit if you wish, but I just tend to use the back-light below)
x1  3mm Warm White led, 200mm wire loom.

Underside Detail:
x2 Flashing cool white fibre optic leds. Five 1mm fibres on each one, 100mm fibre length and 100mm wire loom.
x1 3mm Ultra Violet static led on 100mm wire loom for central section.

Ramp
x1  5mm Warm White led
(again this may or may not be used depending on if you are building the model with the walkway lowered or raised)

Side & Front Detail
x3 Static Red 1mm fiber leds, each with four fibers 100mm long, and 100mm wire loom.

Top Detail
x1  3mm Warm White static led, 100mm wire loom for central section.

Sublight Drive Engine
x4  5mm Cool White flickering leds, which give a nice effect when the light beams are crossed and diffused by the blue insert in the model kit.

Power Supply
x1  1mtr USB lead and light kit adaptor.

Requires connection to a standard 5v USB power source. Light kit is supplied with USB lead only
