    Secure Delivery

    As collectors ourselves, we know how disheartening it is to find that your online purchase has been hurriedly packed into a postal bag and as a result, arrived creased or broken. To prevent this, we take the time and effort to pack all orders securely using strong packaging materials.

    We also use trusted couriers to deliver our larger items. DPD has large coverage over the UK, and has been particularly impressive throughout the current Royal Mail strike situation. All deliveries sent via this service have arrived in good time, in perfect condition and are fully trackable both for ourselves and our customers.

    The DPD delivery option also provides customers with a timeslot, and the option to collect from a local parcel shop if that is easier for them.

    Secure Shopping System

    Our store checkout is provided by Paypal, which remains the most secure online payment system. This gives the option to pay using your Paypal account, or via the Guest Checkout for both Paypal and card payments. We are not provided with any payment information other than the amount and the delivery name & address for your item.

    All new item listings are added to our social media accounts (and soon to this new blog page) which you can view at leisure.

    UK Based

    All off-the-shelf items listed are ready and waiting to be shipped, and are not pre-orders or dropshipped. The product photo will be of the actual product you'll receive, giving you the best idea of the item condition.

    All of our light kit items are assembled in our workshop, using the best materials and construction. We pride ourselves in quality, and only use the best components.

  2. Welcome both old & new customers to our new blog page!

    Instead of sending out newsletters which may get stuck in spam folders (and require that your email address be registered on a third party email system) we're revitalising the Blog section in general to provide you with product updates and articles of interest which you can view at leisure.

  3. Royal Mail will be carrying out further strike action on the following days:

    8th September 2022

    9th September 2022

    As we use Royal Mail for all deliveries, we ask that all customers allow extra time for delivery during the above days, as no mail can be processed or delivered.

    We apologise for all inconvenience caused.

  4. We've been working hard behind the scenes to improve the overall functionality and appearance of the site, and make it much easier for our customers to use.

    The site is now fully mobile responsive, and can be accessed with ease on all devices.

    The product search and checkout systems have also been streamlined for better performance, and the guides section restructured to make them easier to follow.

    We hope all of our customers, old and new, enjoy using the new system and that it provides a better user experience.

    As the Brexit situation continues to unfold, it should be noted that our only worldwide shipping destinations currently available are:

    United States Of America

    Canada

    We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, but is necessary to prevent our worldwide customers incurring delivery delays or additional customs charges. We hope to be able to offer worldwide delivery again soon, when more information becomes available to us.

    All UK orders are processing as normal and are unaffected, however please allow a little extra time for delivery in the event of reduced Royal Mail staffing due to the pandemic.
